Outstanding Resource Waters – Marshes

This feature class contains Missouri’s Outstanding State Resource Waters – Marshes listed in Table E of the Water Quality Standards rule as published in the Code of State Regulations on May 31, 2012. Water quality standards are not enforceable by state law until after the Order of Rulemaking becomes effective and approved by the United States Environmental Protection Agency. The primary purpose is to locate marshes designated as outstanding by the Clean Water Commission for Water Quality Standards as described in 10 CSR 20-7.031(1)(R) and Table E using the United States Geological Survey (USGS) 1:24,000 National Hydrography Dataset (NHD).
